The Foundation at Monroe County Community College has awarded the William J. and Jennie E. Bacarella Scholarship to Kaitlyn Muskett. The $1,250 scholarship is to be used for tuition, books and fees.
Muskett, of Carleton, is a 2018 graduate of Penn Foster High School. She is studying business management while attending MCCC. When her schedule allows, she volunteers with a family shelter. Katelyn is the daughter of Sue and Al.
To be eligible for this scholarship, a student must be majoring in a business-related curriculum, maintain part-time enrollment status of six credit hours or more, and be a resident of Monroe County, Michigan. In addition, the donor prefers non-traditional students and graduates of St. Mary Catholic Central High School.
