MONROE, Mich. – The Foundation Monroe County Community College has awarded the D.A.V. Chapter 137 Scholarship to Ryan James. The D.A.V. Chapter 137 Scholarship was established at The Foundation at MCCC to provide scholarship support for a MCCC student who is a disabled veteran, an honorably discharged veteran or a dependent of a veteran.
