EVERY 2025 DUNDEE HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE ELIGIBLE FOR NEW $2,000 ROOF FAMILY PROMISE SCHOLARSHIP

Through the new Roof Family Dundee Promise Scholarship, every graduating senior from the Dundee High School class of 2025 who enrolls full-time at MCCC and completes the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) will automatically receive a $2,000 scholarship from The Foundation at MCCC, Dr. Joshua W. Summer Semester at Monroe County Community College starts Monday, May 12, 2025. Registration is currently underway. The semester runs through early- to mid-July. There is a wide selection of in-person, online and hybrid classes are available. Summer Semester classes are shorter sessions than 15-week sessions typically offered in Fall or Winter semesters – most Summer Semester classes are just eight weeks. Read Press Release

MCCC SEEKING NURSING PROGRAM GRADS FROM 1975 – CELEBRATING 50 YEARS OF FIRST CLASS

Monroe County Community College’s award-winning Nursing Program is celebrating the 50th Anniversary of its first graduating class this year. The first graduating class launched one of the most successful and recognized nursing programs in the state of Michigan and the United States. The college is looking for the 28 graduates of this inaugural Nursing Program Class of 1975 to celebrate and recognize them during this year’s RN Pinning Ceremony on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at 6 p.m. in the Meyer Theatre and other activities in the coming weeks. ANTIQUES SHOW SET FOR APRIL 26-27

It’s antiquing time again at Monroe County Community College. The Antiques in April Show and Sale, an annual tradition beginning in the early 2000s, returned last year to MCCC for the first time since 2019 and it is back again this year. It will be held Saturday, April 26 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sunday, April 27 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. in the Gerald Welch Health Education Building. Read Press Release
