Strategic Planning activities are coordinated and lead by the Strategic Planning Committee. The charge of the Strategic Planning Committee is to implement the 5-year plan and review the work of each subcommittee to assist with all tactics being completed according to the timeline. Additionally, the committee will advocate on behalf of the sub-committees to help identify any barriers to completing the tactics. The committee is also charged with developing the next 5-year strategic plan. The membership of this Task Force is comprised of administrators, faculty, professional staff and support staff.
