MONROE, Mich. – The Foundation Monroe County Community College has awarded the Ray L. Kessler Scholarship to Courtney Bannon, Brianna Daniels, and Carrie Reinhardt. The Kessler Scholarship was established at The Foundation at MCCC by Jefferson High School alumni to honor former longtime principal Ray Kessler.
